REPORTING & ENFORCEMENT

All reports are reviewed internally. Enforcement action may be applied where platform safety, integrity, operational security, membership standards, or policy requirements are affected.

REPORTING VIOLATIONS

Users may report behaviour, activity, uploaded content, messaging, account misuse, or platform conduct believed to violate operational policies, membership standards, or applicable legal requirements.

REVIEW PROCESS

Reports are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and assessed according to severity, supporting evidence, platform impact, operational risk, and relevant account history.

ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

Where violations are identified, enforcement measures may include content removal, feature restrictions, temporary suspensions, membership limitations, access restrictions, or permanent account termination.

IMMEDIATE ACTION

Immediate action may be taken without prior notice where activity presents legal, operational, security, safety, or platform integrity concerns.

REPEAT VIOLATIONS

Repeated breaches of platform standards, membership requirements, acceptable use policies, or previous enforcement warnings may result in escalated restrictions.

FALSE REPORTS

Knowingly false, malicious, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent reports may themselves constitute a violation of platform standards.

NO GUARANTEE OF ACTION

Submission of a report does not guarantee enforcement action, content removal, account suspension, account termination, investigation outcomes, or disclosure of internal review decisions.

OPERATIONAL AUTHORITY

All enforcement decisions remain at the sole operational discretion of Unsent Studio and are applied in accordance with platform standards, published policies, applicable law, and internal operational requirements.
