SCENE THE SCALE ISN’T THE STORY

Kinsey &
The Bitch
In All Of Us

A brief observation on identity, desire, and the pink dot we all carry.

A stylised Kinsey scale from zero to six Numbers zero through six sit on a horizontal scale, with number three highlighted by a glowing pink point. THE KINSEY SCALE THE MIDDLE GLOWS 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 NEVER LOOKED TWICE NEVER LOOKED AWAY
00 — 06

There’s a scale. It runs from zero to six.

Zero means you’ve never looked twice. Six means you’ve never looked away. And right in the middle, at number three, there’s a glowing pink dot.

0 Never looked twice. One certainty.
3 The pink dot. The certainty that moves.
6 Never looked away. Another certainty.
03 — THE MIDDLE

Science calls it bisexuality. The internet calls it indecisive. I call it the truth.

Because whether you’re a hard zero or a solid six, there is always that one person—that one moment—that makes you question the math.

Identity may want a fixed answer. Desire has always preferred a better question.
THE LABEL / THE LIGHT

That’s what this page is about. It’s not about labels. It’s about the raw, messy, undeniable reality that we are all walking around with a little bit of pink light inside us, whether we admit it to the world or not.

0 — 1 — 2 — 3 — 4 — 5 — 6

The pink dot
doesn’t lie.

And neither does the bitch in all of us.
