Things You Never Question
Some habits are so ordinary you don’t even realise they’re habits.
I never thought about it before.
It was just one of those things you do without thinking β automatic, unquestioned, routine. πΆπ½
Stand, go, leave. That’s it.
No one ever tells you there’s another way. No one even suggests it. So you just carry on, assuming that’s how it’s meant to be. π€·π½ββοΈ
Then one day, I noticed something different.
Just⦠calm.
And it sounds stupid when you say it out loud, but it made me pause. π§
Because how many other things do we do like that?
Not because they’re right. Not because they’re better.
Just because we’ve always done them that way.
It’s not about standing or sitting.
It’s about realising how much of your life runs on autopilotβ¦
until something β or someone β quietly shows you there’s another way. π
